All of our customers will receive priority scheduling, that is, our customers get into the service department before those that purchased elsewhere.

If you have a service related question or need to make a Service Appointment, call 800-634-2357 and ask for the Service Desk. Please have a list of your requests ready to review with the Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator will take your information, ask you questions to help diagnose the problem, order parts if needed, and schedule you for a visit. If you are on the road and have a service issue, call us and we will help locate a service facility near you. You can also call the Route 66 Classic Care hotline at 866-434-7866 for assistance. We will go the extra mile to make sure all of your service issues are resolved quickly and properly.
